In a hurry stew
- 1 packages Ground turkey
- 1/4 diced onion
- 1 chopped tomato
- 4 snack peppers, sliced
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 cup *water
- 2 cup cooked noodles
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 seasoning (to taste)
- 1 shredded cheese
- Boil the noodles.
- Heat olive oil in a large pot, add the onion and sprinkle with garlic salt.
- Saute for a few minutes then add the ground turkey and more seasoning of your choice.
- The photo shows my go to seasoning.
- For this I used the Chicago steak & garlic salt.
- Once the meat is browned add the peppers, tomato, tomato sauce, & water*, simmer covered on low heat for 10 minutes.
- *for the water you can use the little can of tomato sauce to measure, that way you get all of the sauce.
- Add the noodles (drained) & stir until mixed.
- Serve topped with shredded cheese.
