Pickle Roll Ups

  1. Roll pickle completely in cream cheese between hands.
  2. Wrap in 1 layer of meat.
  3. Chill for at least 1 hour.
  4. Then slice rolls into wheels, the pickle will be surrounded by the cream cheese and then the meat.
