Broccoli Chicken Roli
- 2 cup Chopped, cooked chicken meat
- 2 cup Fresh, chopped broccoli
- 1/2 cup Chopped onion
- 1/2 cup Chopped green bell pepper
- 1 1/2 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Minced garlic
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent rolls
- Preheat oven 400?F.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except rolls.
- Cover a cookie sheet with foil.
- Place a glass upside down in the center of the cookie sheet.
- Roll out rolls around glass with points out.
- Spoon chicken mix onto thick ends of rolls.
- Roll tips over the chicken mix and tuck in the middle.
- Remove glass.
- Bake for 25 to 30 min or until rolls are golden brown
