Three-Cheese Macaroni
- 1 1/2 c. dry macaroni, cooked and drained
- 1 can (11 oz.) condensed Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 can (2.8 oz.) dry French fried onions
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- In 1 1/2-quart casserole dish (lightly greased), combine hot macaroni, soup, milk, seasonings, 1/4 cup each of the cheeses and 1/2 can French fried onions.
- Bake, covered, at 350u0b0 for 25 minutes or until heated through.
- Top with remaining Parmesan cheese, French fried onions, Cheddar and Swiss cheeses.
- Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
