Microwaved Glazed Vegetables Recipe
- 1 (20 ounce.) pkg. frzn baby carrots
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn pearl onions
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. frzn sugar snap peas
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 4 teaspoon cocoa pwdr
- 2 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/2 c. frzn orange pineapple juice concentrate
- 1/4 c. butter
- In glass bowl, cook carrots and onions on high 12 min, stirring once.
- Drain, add in peas.
- In another glass bowl, mix sugar, cocoa and cornstarch.
- Stir in juice.
- Add in butter.
- Cook on high 5 min, stirring twice, till thickened.
- Add in to vegetables; heat on high 3 min.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings.
