Microwaved Glazed Vegetables Recipe

  1. In glass bowl, cook carrots and onions on high 12 min, stirring once.
  2. Drain, add in peas.
  3. In another glass bowl, mix sugar, cocoa and cornstarch.
  4. Stir in juice.
  5. Add in butter.
  6. Cook on high 5 min, stirring twice, till thickened.
  7. Add in to vegetables; heat on high 3 min.
  8. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
