BBQ Shrimp
- 2 sticks Unsalted Butter
- 1/2 Lime, Juiced
- 1/4 cups Hot Sauce
- 1/4 cups Worcheshire Sauce
- 2 pounds Shrimp
- Salt And Pepper
- 1 loaf Crusty Bread
- In a large shallow baking dish, put all ingredients in except the bread and mix them gently.
- Add some salt and pepper to taste.
- Put the dish in the oven at 3750 degrees F. Keep an eye on the shrimp and stir them around after a few minutes to make sure they cook evenly.
- As soon as they are all pink, theyre done.
- It only takes a few minutes.
- You can also do this on the grill.
- You can also add fresh parsley when the shrimp are done if you desire.
- Serve with a big chunk of crusty bread (heated in the oven) and dip the bread in to pick up all those wonderful flavors.
- Expect to have juice dribbling down your chin and enjoy it!
