Chicken and Pork Adobo

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large skillet.
  2. Add enough water to barely cover.
  3. Bring to a boil, turn down to simmer.
  4. Cover and cook until 2/3 of the liquid has cooked away.
  5. Uncover, and continue to boil until sauce has reduced to 1/2 cup.
  6. Serve over hot rice.
