A.1. Sweet Potato Burgers

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. In a medium bowl add sweet potato, cannellini beans, panko, flour, egg and A1.
  3. Use a fork to mix all ingredients together.
  4. Cover and chill for 1-2 hours.
  5. After mixture is chilled divide it into 6 equal parts and shape into patties.
  6. Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to a medium sized skillet and bring to a medium high heat.
  7. Once oil is heated, add 3-4 patties to skillet.
  8. Cook 3-5 minutes on each side to brown the patties.
  9. Repeat until all patties have been browned.
  10. Add more vegetable oil as needed.
  11. Place browned patties on a baking sheet when they are done.
  12. After all patties have been browned place the baking sheet place in a 350 degree oven.
  13. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until heated through.
  14. Approximately 5 minutes before patties are done carefully place split ciabatta rolls on the top rack of the oven, cut side of the roll should be face up.
  15. Add a slice of KRAFT Provolone to the top half of the roll.
  16. Remove rolls when cheese is melted.
  17. TO ASSEMBLE BURGER: Spread A1 aioli on bottom half of ciabatta roll Add the sweet potato burger Add 2-3 avocado slices Add 1-tablespoon salsa Place top half of ciabatta roll with cheese on top
  18. AIOLI DIRECTIONS: Using a whisk or fork to combine mayo and A1 together.
  19. Divide and spread on sandwiches.
