Buffalo Style Veggie Chik'n Salad
- 2 simulated chicken veggie burgers
- 1 peeled and chopped carrot Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 1 celery
- 1 tomato King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1/4 cup English cucumber
- 3 cups salad greens
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft Crumbled Blue Cheese Dressing
- Just follow our simple steps
- Prepare 2 simulated chicken veggie burgers according to package directions.
- Cut into strips.
- Toss 3 cups mixed salad greens with 1 each sliced carrot, celery stalk and tomato and 1/4 cup sliced cucumber.
- Divide onto 2 dinner plates.
- Top each salad with simulated chicken strips and 1 Tbsp.
- Kraft Signature Crumbled Blue Cheese Dressing.
