Crockpot Spinach
- 2 each spinach frozen
- 2 cups cottage cheese cream style
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese or American
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup flour, all-purpose
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Thaw and drain spinach.
- Squeeze as much water as possible.
- Cube cream cheese, butter and cheese.
- Add to drained spinach.
- Slightly beaten eggs.
- Add flour, salt and combine with spinach and cheeses.
- Grease crockpot.
- Cook 1 hour at high; 4 to 5 hours on low.
