Strawberry Blueberry Oatmeal Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Line muffin pan with liners or spray with cooking spray.
  3. Whisk together dry ingredients in a large bowl and set aside.
  4. In a medium bowl, whisk together wet ingredients.
  5. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  6. Once ingredients combined, fold strawberries and blueberries into the batter.
  7. Divide batter evenly among 12 lined muffin tins.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
