Raw strawberry tarts recipe

  1. To make the base: place the dates and water into the food processer and process until you have a date paste.
  2. Place all ingredients (including the date paste) into a food processor and process until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the tart cases.
  4. Place in the freezer to firm up.
  5. To make the cream: blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
  6. To make the syrup: blend all ingredients together until you get the consistency you are after.
  7. More dried fruit makes the jam thicker.
