Chocolate Eclair Graham Cracker Dessert Recipe
- 2 pkg. instant pudding
- 3 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- Butter a 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Mix instant pudding and lowfat milk.
- Set 5 min.
- Mix in Cold Whip.
- Layer graham crackers on bottom of pan.
- Cover with 1/2 of pudding mix, top with more graham crackers.
- Cover with other 1/2 of pudding, add in another layer of crackers.
