Crispy Chocolate Log Recipe
- 10 ounce. pkg. lg. marshmallows
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. creamy peanut butter
- 6 c. crisp rice cereal
- 1 can Pillsbury chocolate fudge frosting supreme
- Line 15 x 10 baking pan with foil; grease lightly.
- In large saucepan over medium heat, heat marshmallows, butter, and peanut butter, stirring constantly till mix is smooth.
- Remove from heat; add in cereal.
- Stir till proportionately coated.
- Press mix proportionately into greased and foil lined pan.
- Spread frosting over cereal mix to within 1-inch of edges.
- Starting at longest side, roll up jelly roll fashion, peeling foil away from cereal mix.
- Wrap roll in foil or possibly plastic wrap; store in refrigerator seam side down about 1 hour till hard.
- Cut into 1/2-inch slices to serve.
