Crispy Chocolate Log Recipe

  1. Line 15 x 10 baking pan with foil; grease lightly.
  2. In large saucepan over medium heat, heat marshmallows, butter, and peanut butter, stirring constantly till mix is smooth.
  3. Remove from heat; add in cereal.
  4. Stir till proportionately coated.
  5. Press mix proportionately into greased and foil lined pan.
  6. Spread frosting over cereal mix to within 1-inch of edges.
  7. Starting at longest side, roll up jelly roll fashion, peeling foil away from cereal mix.
  8. Wrap roll in foil or possibly plastic wrap; store in refrigerator seam side down about 1 hour till hard.
  9. Cut into 1/2-inch slices to serve.
