Beef Enchiladas II

  1. Cook ground beef in skillet.
  2. Add ur normal spices.
  3. I used garlic, season all & onion powder.
  4. Add onions till beef is cooked thru.
  5. Throw about 3/4 cup of kraft cheddar cheese in ground beef skillet.
  6. Let it melt.
  7. Meanwhile cheese is melting on beef skillet.
  8. Open can of enchilada sauce & can of cream of mushroom.
  9. In a bowl, mix both sauces.
  10. With a mixer mix well until mushroom pieces dont appear.
  11. Ready to assemble.
  12. Place ur cheese beef mixture in tortilla roll and seam down in a 9'x13' pan.
  13. Add sauce on top and cheese.
  14. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
  15. Enjoy!
