BOCA Creamy Noodle Skillet

• 1 medium onion, cut into thin wedges
• 1-1/2 tsp. oil
• 2 pouches (1 cup each) frozen BOCA Meatless Ground Burger
• 1/2 cup water
• 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) vegetable broth
• 1 can (8 oz.) mushroom pieces and stems, drained
• 4 cups (8 oz.) medium egg noodles, uncooked
• 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream

1. Cook and stir onions in hot oil in large skillet until onions are crisp-tender.
2. Add ground burger, water, broth, mushrooms and noodles; mix well.
3. Bring to boil.
4. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover.
5. Simmer 10 to 12 min.
6. or until noodles are tender.
7. Remove from heat.
8. Stir in sour cream.
