BOCA Creamy Noodle Skillet
- 1 medium onion, cut into thin wedges
- 1-1/2 tsp. oil
- 2 pouches (1 cup each) frozen BOCA Meatless Ground Burger
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) vegetable broth
- 1 can (8 oz.) mushroom pieces and stems, drained
- 4 cups (8 oz.) medium egg noodles, uncooked
- 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
- Cook and stir onions in hot oil in large skillet until onions are crisp-tender.
- Add ground burger, water, broth, mushrooms and noodles; mix well.
- Bring to boil.
- Reduce heat to medium-low; cover.
- Simmer 10 to 12 min.
- or until noodles are tender.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in sour cream.
