Paleo Trail Mix
- 1 cup Mixed Roasted Nuts
- 1 cup Unsweetened Toasted Coconut Chips
- 15 grams Freeze-Dried Banana Chips
- 15 grams Freeze-Dried Pineapple Chunks
- Place all ingredients into a bowl and stir to mix.
- Notes: 1.
- Feel free to add raisins, dried cranberries, apricots or any other dried fruits.

- For the freeze dried fruits: Crispy fruit is available at Whole Foods.
- A larger 3 1/2 ounce bag contains six 15 gram bags inside.
- Your local grocer may carry other freeze-dried fruits, too.
