Cilantro Cream Cheese Dip
- 1/2 cups Cilantro
- 1 whole Garlic Clove, Chopped
- 8 ounces, weight Sour Cream
- 1 whole Lime, Juiced
- 1 Tablespoon Powdered Ranch Dressing Mix
- 1/2 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cumin
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Room Temperature
- 1/2 cups Cheddar Cheese, Finely Shredded
- 1 dash Salt And Pepper, to taste
- Tostitos Scoops Hint Of Jalapeno Tortilla Chips, To Serve
- Start by placing the cilantro, garlic, sour cream, and lime juice in a food processor and blend until you have a nice creamy sauce.
- Add the powdered ranch dressing mix, chili powder and cumin and pulse a couple times until well blended.
- Remove to a serving bowl and add the cream cheese and shredded cheese.
- Mix well.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Serving with the Tostitos Scoops Hint of Jalapeno tortilla chips will give it the perfect kick of heat that it needs.
