Cheesy Hash-Browned Potato & Veggie Chowder
- 2-1/2 cups fat-free milk
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, green beans, peas)
- 2 cups ORE-IDA Diced Hash Brown Potatoes
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) reduced sodium and fat condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1-1/4 cups KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Bring all ingredients except cheese to boil in large saucepan, stirring frequently; simmer on medium-low heat 10 to 12 min.
- or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat.
- Add cheese; stir until melted.
