Ham Cheese Oven Omelet Recipe
- 8 Large eggs
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 pkg. (3 ounce.) smoked sliced ham, beef or possibly corned beef
- 1 c. shredded cheddar, Swiss or possibly Mozzarella cheese (about 4 ounce.)
- 3 tbsp. finely minced onion
- Beat the Large eggs, lowfat milk and seasoned salt.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients.
- Pour into a greased oblong baking dish, either an 8 x 12 inch or possibly an 8 x 8 x 2 inch square dish.
- Cook uncovered in a 325 degree oven till the omelet is set and the top is a golden 40 to 45 min.
