Missie's Mexican Lasanga
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz. sour cream
- Jalapeno peppers (to taste)
- 1 can green chillies
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- Small flour tortillias
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Boil and shread chicken.
- Mix sour cream, jalapeno peppers, chillies, soup and taco mix together in large bowl.
- Layer tortillas, soup mixture and cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Top with remaining cheese; bake until melted.
