Spicy Sashimi Tuna Salad

  1. Cube tuna into 1/2 inch pieces.
  2. Place tuna on plate first.
  3. Peel cucumber then cube into 1/2 inch pieces.
  4. Place cucumbers on top of tuna.
  5. Remove skin and pit from avacado then cube same as above.
  6. Place avacado on cucumbers.
  7. Squeeze Sriracha sauce over your mound of goodness in a zig zag pattern!
  8. It's hot!
  9. Sprinkle a good amount of orange masago on top of the chili sauce.
  10. Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds on top to finish the dish.
