Noodle Kugel with a Twist
- 1 lb Wide Egg Noodles, Cooked and Drained
- 1 cup Butter, Melted
- 16 oz Cottage Cheese
- 2 cup Sour Cream
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 6 Eggs, Beaten
- 8 oz Crushed Pineapples, Drained
- 1 ` Ham Steak, Cut into Cubes
- Preheat the oven 350F.
- Spray 13x9 baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Combine the warm noodles and butter in a large glass bowl.
- Add the cottage cheese, sour cream, cinnamon, sugar and vanilla and stir gently.
- Add the eggs and mix gently but thoroughly.
- Add the pineapple and ham.
- Pour into prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 1 Hour
