Glazed Turnips

  1. Presoak apricots 1 hour.
  2. Place turnips cubes in cooker.
  3. Pressure cook at 15 lbs.
  4. pressure for 3 to 5 minutes.
  5. Reduce pressure with cool water.
  6. Add sugar and butter and heat over low flames until glazed.
