Cheesy Chicken
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 13 cup flour
- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 21 ounces cream of mushroom soup, 2 regular size cans
- 1 cup sour cream
- 12 cup milk
- 12 cup parmesan cheese
- Mix pepper, paprika, salt and flour in bowl.
- Coat chicken chunks in mixture.
- Brown coated chicken chunks in oil.
- Arrange in 9x13 pan.
- Generously sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Layer sliced mushrooms over top.
- Mix soup, sour cream and milk together and pour over chicken and mushrooms.
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
- Serve over noodles or rice.
