100% Crunch Bread (Machine) Regular Loaf Recipe
- 3/4 c. + 1T Water
- 2 c. White bread flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 4 tsp Honey
- 4 tsp Molasses
- 2 tsp Gluten
- 4 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 c. Seeds *
- 1 tsp Yeast, fast rise or possibly machine
- 2 tsp Yeast, active dry

- * Experiment with unsalted seeds for different taste and texture; try equal amounts of pumpkin seeds, flax seeds and sunflower seeds.
