Milk Walnut Rice Cake
- 50 grams Dangoko
- 20 grams Skim milk
- 50 grams Sugar
- 100 ml Milk
- 20 grams Walnuts
- 1 Katakuriko (for dusting)
- Finely chop the walnuts.
- Put ingredients in a deep dish, and mix well.
- Add milk little by little, and stir.
- Cover with plastic wrap, and microwave it for 1 minutes and 20 seconds on high.
- Remove from the microwave, stir, then microwave it again for another 1 ~ 1.5 minutes covered.
- When it's well mixed, add the walnuts from Step 1 and knead it with a spatula until it becomes shiny.
- Sprinkle katakuriko in a tray, place Step 4, and form into a stick.
- Cut Step 5 into 12 even pieces, and roll into balls.
