Layered Dulce de Leche Dessert

  1. Line 9x5-inch loaf pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides.
  2. Chop 4 wafers; set aside.
  3. Arrange 12 of the remaining wafers on bottom of prepared pan.
  4. Beat pudding mixes and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min.
  5. (Pudding will be thick.)
  6. Stir in COOL WHIP.
  7. Spread 1/3 of the pudding mixture over wafers in pan; top with 12 of the remaining wafers and 2 Tbsp.
  8. caramel topping; repeat layers.
  9. Cover with remaining pudding mixture.
  10. Sprinkle with chopped wafers; press gently into pudding mixture.
  11. Freeze 4 hours or until firm.
  12. Use foil handles to lift dessert from pan; remove foil.
  13. Place dessert on plate.
  14. Let stand 15 min.
  15. to soften slightly before serving.
