December Stormy

• 1/4 cup dark rum
• 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
• 1 tablespoon Holiday Spice Syrup
• Ice cubes
• 3/4 cup ginger beer or ginger ale
• Lime rounds, for garnish

1. In a tall glass, stir the rum with the lime juice and spice syrup.
2. Half-fill the glass with ice, top with ginger beer and serve, garnished with lime rounds.
