Caramel Pudding Cake by Blondie

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.
  3. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt; add to creamed mixture.
  4. Add milk and stir until smooth.
  5. Stir in raisins.
  6. Spread in a greased 8 inch square baking pan.
  7. Combine brown sugar and cold water; pour over batter.
  8. Bake at 350F for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm.
