Louisiana Potato Salad
- 2 lb. red potatoes, cubed, cooked
- 1 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1/2 tsp. each paprika and ground red pepper
- 8 slices OSCAR MAYER Thick Cut Bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 medium onion, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 2 celery stalks, thinly sliced
- Mix potatoes, dressing and seasonings in large bowl; set aside.
- Cook bacon in skillet on medium heat to desired crispness.
- Remove bacon from skillet; reserve 1 Tbsp.
- drippings in skillet.
- Drain bacon on paper towels.
- Add onion and celery to drippings in skillet; cook and stir until crisp-tender.
- Add to potato mixture with bacon; mix lightly.
