Mandy's Buffalo Chicken Dip
- 2 (8 ounce) blocks cream cheese, light is OK (16 ounces total)
- 12 cup butter
- 2 (12 1/2 ounce) cans chicken
- 8 ounces grilled chicken (small package)
- 8 ounces buffalo wing sauce (half a bottle of Franks or Otts)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Spread cream cheese on the bottom of a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
- Melt butter.
- Mix melted butter, canned chicken, grilled chicken (shred with your hands) and wing sauce.
- Pour chicken mixture over cream cheese.
- Top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 350F for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and mixtures bubbles.
- Serve with tortilla chips and/or crackers.
