Christmas Wreath Salad with Colorful Mayonnaise

  1. Boil potatoes and mash.
  2. Add coffee creamer or double cream (optional) and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Spread the mashed potato (Step 1) on plastic wrap and flatten to the length of the wreath.
  4. Squirt mayonnaise in the middle and roll up as if you are making sushi rolls.
  5. Transfer to a serving plate and shape into a ring.
  6. Boil the carrot and cut out with a star shaped cutter.
  7. Slice the cabbage and cut the mizuna greens.
  8. Decorate the mashed potato ring with vegetables.
  9. Make colorful mayonnaise with the ingredients individually.
  10. Wrap with plastic wrap and poke a hole with a toothpick.
  11. Pour over the sesame dressing (for flavor) and colorful mayonnaise (for decoration) and it's done!
