Christmas Wreath Salad with Colorful Mayonnaise
- 2 medium Potatoes
- 1 tbsp Coffee creamer or double cream (optional)
- 3 leaves Cabbage
- 1/3 bunch Mizuna greens
- 6 Cherry tomatoes
- 1 small amount Carrot
- 1 Mayonnaise
- 1 Sesame dressing
- 1 Food colorings, curry powder, matcha etc.
- Boil potatoes and mash.
- Add coffee creamer or double cream (optional) and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread the mashed potato (Step 1) on plastic wrap and flatten to the length of the wreath.
- Squirt mayonnaise in the middle and roll up as if you are making sushi rolls.
- Transfer to a serving plate and shape into a ring.
- Boil the carrot and cut out with a star shaped cutter.
- Slice the cabbage and cut the mizuna greens.
- Decorate the mashed potato ring with vegetables.
- Make colorful mayonnaise with the ingredients individually.
- Wrap with plastic wrap and poke a hole with a toothpick.
- Pour over the sesame dressing (for flavor) and colorful mayonnaise (for decoration) and it's done!
