Sugar Cookie Icing/Royal Icing

• 3 cups powered sugar
• 3 TBSP water or milk
• 1 tsp vanilla or almond extract

1. Mix powered sugar with water/milk until completely mixed with a spoon or whisk
2. Add extract or flavor and food color, and mix once more
