Crock Pot Chicken Fried Steak
- 1/2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Mustard Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1 pound Minute Steak Or Cube Steak
- 2 Tablespoons Oil Or Butter
- 1 can (10 Oz. Size) Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 1/2 cups Water
- Rice Or Mashed Potatoes For Serving
- Combine flour, salt, mustard powder, and garlic powder in a shallow dish.
- Dredge steaks in the flour mixture.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat with the oil or butter.
- Brown steaks in the skillet until just barely brown on each side.
- Then place steaks in greased crock pot.
- Combine soup and water in a small dish.
- Pour it over the top of the steaks.
- Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until meat is tender.
- Serve with rice or potatoes.
