Crock Pot Chicken Fried Steak

  1. Combine flour, salt, mustard powder, and garlic powder in a shallow dish.
  2. Dredge steaks in the flour mixture.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat with the oil or butter.
  4. Brown steaks in the skillet until just barely brown on each side.
  5. Then place steaks in greased crock pot.
  6. Combine soup and water in a small dish.
  7. Pour it over the top of the steaks.
  8. Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until meat is tender.
  9. Serve with rice or potatoes.
