Coffee Brownie Cups with Espresso-Cheesecake Frosting

  1. Prepare brownie mix as directed on package, replacing water with brewed coffee.
  2. Bake as directed.
  3. Cool completely.
  4. Cut each full sheet of brownies into 32 squares, or cut half sheet into 16 squares.
  5. Mix Cheesecake Batter and espresso coffee grounds.
  6. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  7. For each serving: Press 1 brownie square into a coffee cup, flattening the top.
  8. Top with about 2 Tbsp.
  9. cheesecake mixture.
