Spaghetti with Creamy Broccoli, Bacon and Walnuts
- 5-13 ounces, weight Spaghetti
- 1 cup Broccoli (minus The Big Stems)
- 1 pound Bacon
- 1 cup Creme Fraiche
- Vegetable Broth (Powder, Cube, Or Paste), To Taste
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cups Chopped Walnuts
- Boil the spaghetti in salted water.
- In the meantime, cut up the broccoli into bite-sized bits and fry in a deep pan for a few minutes while stirring frequently.
- Cut the bacon to pieces and add to the broccoli.
- When the bacon bits are nice and brown, add the creme fraiche and vege broth (I usually use one cube).
- Stir and let simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper, then add the walnuts.
- Let simmer for another minute, then add the spaghetti.
- Mix and serve immediately.
- Yum!
