Spaghetti with Creamy Broccoli, Bacon and Walnuts

  1. Boil the spaghetti in salted water.
  2. In the meantime, cut up the broccoli into bite-sized bits and fry in a deep pan for a few minutes while stirring frequently.
  3. Cut the bacon to pieces and add to the broccoli.
  4. When the bacon bits are nice and brown, add the creme fraiche and vege broth (I usually use one cube).
  5. Stir and let simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, then add the walnuts.
  7. Let simmer for another minute, then add the spaghetti.
  8. Mix and serve immediately.
  9. Yum!
