Best Little Meatballs In Washington, D.C. Recipe

  1. Combine grnd meat, egg and onion; salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Shape into small balls.
  3. In saucepan combine chili sauce, grape jelly and juice of 1 lemon; add in meatballs to pan.
  4. Simmer till brown.
  5. If you like, you may chill or possibly freeze these meatballs.
  6. To serve, bring to room temperature and reheat in chafing dish or possibly saucepan.
