Chicken with herbs and sour cream in oven bag

  1. Wash drumsticks with water in a strain.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add lemon juice.
  4. Rub with sour cream and herb mix
  5. Add onion and potatoe slices.
  6. Add salt, pepper and half curry powder
  7. Open oveb bag and add flour in bottom to prevent sticking.
  8. Put chicken mix in bag and sprinkle rest of curry.
  9. Add a cup of water.
  10. Close bag with enclosed plastic tie and make 3 knife slits through bag.
  11. Place in a pyrex pan.
  12. Put in preheated 350F oven.
  13. Allow to cook for 60-75 min or until chicken and potatoes are brownish.
  14. Let it set outside oven anf carefully open the bag.
