Sukiyaki

  1. Brown meat in hot oil.
  2. Combine bouillon, soy sauce, sugar and sherry in bowl.
  3. Add 1/2 mixture to meat.
  4. Push meat to one side of frying pan.
  5. Add onions and celery and cook over low heat 3 minutes.
  6. Add remaining bouillon mixture, bamboo shoots, mushrooms, water chestnuts and cooked spinach.
  7. Cook for three minutes.
  8. Add green onions.
  9. Cook 1 hour over low heat.
  10. Serve over the cooked vermicelli.
