Broiled Salsa Fish

  1. Heat an oven-proof skillet to medium-high heat with the olive oil.
  2. Also, set your ovens broiler to high.
  3. Sprinkle one side of each piece of fish with the salt, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Place the fish spice-side down into the oil.
  5. Let fish cook for 3-5 minutes until crispy on the bottom and opaque at the edges of the fish.
  6. Do not flip the fish.
  7. Spoon a bit of salsa on top of each piece of fish.
  8. Remove the skillet from the stove top and put it into the oven.
  9. Broil the fish salsa-side up for 2-4 minutes until the fish is cooked through and flaky.
  10. Serve with lime wedges.
