oven bar-b-que chicken
- 7 chicken thighs skin on bone in
- 1 salt and garlic powder to taste
- 1 1/2 pints Sweet Baby Ray brown sugar hickory smoked bar-b-que sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- in a pan sear chicken skin side down turn sear opposites side add spice to skin side turn once more add spice to non skin side.
- put into baking pan 425F Fahrenheit for 45 minutes or until 165F internal temperature.
- pour the sauce before putting into oven
