Celebration Mold with Berries

  1. STIR boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
  2. Refrigerate 20 minutes.
  3. Stir in cold ginger ale.
  4. Gently stir in strawberries.
  5. POUR gelatin mixture into millennium mold that has been sprayed with no stick cooking spray or lightly oiled; cover.
  6. REFRIGERATE 6 hours or overnight until firm.
  7. Unmold.
  8. Garnish with fresh fruit.
  9. Variations: Prepare as directed, substituting 13x9-inch pan for Millennium mold.
  10. Increase sliced strawberries to 2 cups.
  11. Prepare as directed, substituting 1-1/2 cups cold champagne for 1-1/2 cups of the ginger ale.
