Celebration Mold with Berries
- 3 cups boiling water
- 2 pkg. (6 oz. each) or 4 pkg. (3 oz. each) JELL-O Sparkling Wild Berry Flavor Gelatin
- 3 cups cold ginger ale
- 1-1/2 cups sliced strawberries or raspberries
- STIR boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
- Refrigerate 20 minutes.
- Stir in cold ginger ale.
- Gently stir in strawberries.
- POUR gelatin mixture into millennium mold that has been sprayed with no stick cooking spray or lightly oiled; cover.
- REFRIGERATE 6 hours or overnight until firm.
- Unmold.
- Garnish with fresh fruit.
- Variations: Prepare as directed, substituting 13x9-inch pan for Millennium mold.
- Increase sliced strawberries to 2 cups.
- Prepare as directed, substituting 1-1/2 cups cold champagne for 1-1/2 cups of the ginger ale.
