Walnut Orange Chicken Recipe

  1. In 12-inch skillet over medium heat, in warm salad oil, cook chicken till browned on all sides.
  2. Stir in undiluted orange juice concentrate, poultry seasoning, salt and 1/2 c. water.
  3. Heat to boiling.
  4. Reduce heat, cover skillet and simmer 30-35 min till chicken is tender, basting often with pan liquid.
  5. Remove chicken and keep hot.
  6. Blend cornstarch and 2 Tbsp.
  7. water till smooth, gradually stir into warm liquid.
  8. Cook till thickened, stirring constantly.
  9. Stir in walnuts and green onions.
  10. Pour sauce over chicken.
  11. Serve with rice.
