Low-Fat Tiramisu

  1. Dissolve 1 Tbsp.
  2. flavored instant coffee in hot water.
  3. Line bottom and side of shallow 2-qt.
  4. dish with ladyfinger halves, with cut sides facing in; brush with coffee.
  5. Blend 1/2 cup milk, cream cheese and remaining flavored instant coffee in blender until smooth.
  6. Add dry pudding mixes, cinnamon and remaining milk; blend until smooth.
  7. Slowly pour over ladyfingers on bottom of dish; cover with COOL WHIP.
  8. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
