Russian Cornbread Recipe

• 3 c. self-rising cornmeal
• 2 c. buttermilk
• 1 c. minced onion
• 1 c. shredded cheese
• 1/2 c. oil
• 2 tbsp. sugar
• 8 ounce. cream cheese (can)
• 3 Large eggs

1. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 min.
