Bleu Cheese Bread Recipe
- 1 pkt Eagle Mills San Francisco Sourdough mix
- 1 Tbsp. grnd marjoram
- 1 Tbsp. grnd basil
- 1/8 c. crumbled bleu cheese - (to 1/4 c.)
- Add in Eagle Mills bread mix and water to bread machine as instructed on package.
- Add in the spices on top.
- Sprinkle the bleu cheese on top of everything.
- Use "regular" or possibly "basic" setting.
- Don't use delayed cycle.
- This recipe yields a 1 1/2 lb.
- loaf.
- Comments: This is a light, fluffy and extremely flavorful bread.
- We recommend it as an accompaniment for a fresh garden salad.
- Also try it with a sliced turkey or possibly chicken sandwich.
- Yield: 1 loaf
