BBQ Grilled Steak Wraps
- 1 beef sirloin steak (1 lb.)
- 1 onion, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
- 1 each red and green pepper, quartered
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Sweet & Spicy Barbecue Sauce
- 8 flour tortillas (6 inch)
- 1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Heat greased grill to medium heat.
- Grill steak 1 min.
- Add vegetables to grill; cook 8 to 10 min.
- or until steak is medium doneness (160 degrees F) and vegetables are crisp-tender, turning occasionally and brushing frequently with barbecue sauce for the last 5 min.
- Cut steak and vegetables into thin strips.
- Spoon onto tortillas; top with cheese.
- Roll up.
