Salmon Dinner Quiche

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Whisk eggs and half & half together in bowl until well mixed.
  3. Add salmon, cheese and peppers; stir well.
  4. Pour egg mixture into pie crust; place onto baking sheet.
  5. Bake 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  6. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
  7. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
