Sakenade Ginger
- Ice
- 2 ounces dry sake
- 1 teaspoon finely grated, peeled ginger
- 1 1/2 ounces fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 ounces Simple Syrup
- 1 lemon wheel
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the sake, grated ginger, lemon juice and Simple Syrup and shake well.
- Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass and garnish with the lemon wheel.
